"Scott Ward is what a realtor should be. The man just wouldn't give up and couldn't be worn down. We ran this guy all over Tucson and he always showed up on time with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. We can honestly say that, during the grueling ordeal of finding the right home, Scott actually became more of a friend than just a person we were conducting business with. In this crazy market there are plenty of people dressing up and playing "realtor" but Scott Ward is the real deal."

"Super knowledgeable, informative and resourceful, Scott is a real estate agent who inspires confidence and works hard to make buying or selling your home as smooth as possible. Scott listed our home and helped us pick a selling price that resulted in a great outcome. He answered all our questions in a way that helped us to feel confident navigating through a new-to-us territory. Scott's customer service is exceptional. "I was anxious trying to find my ideal first home, but I met Scott at an open house. He was eager to help, and he patiently worked with me in recommending listed properties, checking them out together, and weighing pros/cons relative to what I was looking for. Despite that I was learning what I wanted on the fly, Scott gave sound and friendly advice which helped me hone in on the right one. From the beginning, he demonstrated solid knowledge of the home-buying process and negotiating home purchases. His guidance during both the bidding phase and inspection was key in making my goal a reality, and he made the whole process relatively quick and simple. While communicating with the other parties as needed, he would regularly check in with me and thoroughly explain each step of the process. Another key to making the process easier was his ability to coordinate times given my busy work schedule. Scott was overall a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy..."

"I can’t thank Scott enough! Not only did he help sell our home but he made sure we got into the house we really wanted ! Scott was hands down very resourceful, thoughtful, and didn’t beat around the bushes! Not once did he make us feel it was just a deal for him and didn’t push us!"

"After talking with several realtors, it was obvious that Scott was the best option if you're looking for a realtor who wants you to be in a house you really like. He took all of my "must haves" and "nice to haves" into consideration, and kept his eye on the market for any house that fit that description. He never rushed me and helped explain the process, which was nice as a first time home buyer. He was always willing to meet me to look at a house or go back over one, and was overall just a fun guy to look at the houses with. I'm writing this from my awesome new home!!!"

"Scott was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We met him at an open house where he offered to help us find a house. We were relocating to Tucson from the Midwest and were not familiar with the area. Scott was patient and took the time to learn what was important to us in a new house and in a new community. Scott also was super informative, answering questions not only about the area but also about home maintenance in AZ. When we found "the one" online while we were in the Midwest, Scott did a FaceTime tour of the home. We ended up making an offer, and he was actively involved with coordinating all aspects of the inspection and other related buying requirements on our behalf while we were out-of-state…. (SEE THE WHOLE REVIEW ON ZILLOW)… We can't thank Scott enough for all that he did! While we hope we are in our forever home, we whole-heartedly would work with Scott again or refer him to anyone in need of a dedicated, focused, and caring agent!"

"We were referred to Scott through a good friend. Scott found this home which checked off ALL of the boxes on my long list of wants. We had total confidence in Scott’s skills and expertise. He even got us a better price! From 1st offer to close of escrow was only 27 days. This was the 4th time that I have purchased a home and BY FAR, this was the easiest & fastest process ever. Thanks Scott"
